Mi Pueblito Mexican Restaurant
about our partnership
"My Little Town" or "Mi Pueblito" has been our partner since 2010, steadfast in its mission: it's not just tacos. Their goal is to offer the best Mexican food in Western North Carolina while supporting their large family and giving back to the communities that have contributed to their success over the past eight years.
When Artifacturing entered the picture, the five-location restaurant chain lacked a cohesive identity, being connected only by the menu. Jenna took charge of transforming the brand's public perception. The new brand was developed to symbolize the essence of "Mi Pueblito": a cityscape representing the name, with windows illuminated to signify the different locations and vibrant colors reflecting the originating town of Morelia, famously known for its Monarch butterfly migrations.
This brand and color palette were quickly integrated into the restaurant's theme, extending to its online presence, menus, signage, and event planning, and it continues to expand today.

Apparel & Outreach
We can't leave out the waitstaff and client giveaways! Employee polos, special event promos and souvenir t-shirts are consistently part of the formula.

Our annual Day of Giving showcases our efforts to connect businesses with their community. During this event, the community decides who will receive a portion of the proceeds from Giving Tuesday. Family Night also features balloon twisters and face painters that are free for those dining with them throughout the summer. Artifacturing also acts as their advertising liaison connecting sports teams, local causes and nonprofit programs.

Marketing
Once upon a time, I found myself tasked with a three-day flip of one of our restaurants, juggling 13 projects and numerous contractors. Looking back, I’m amazed that our clients trusted us enough to close an otherwise 7-day-a-week business for three days while we built booth enclosures, blocked in an entryway with electrical, brick, and tile, and promised new uniforms, menus, and a website. This faith in our mission to better the lives of our clients, their workers, and their customers runs deep.

Despite my confidence, I was still overcome by the enormity of the task and the promise of on-time delivery. We finished just in time for opening hours. The owner, anxious, asked, "So where are they?" (referring to the customers). Those were the most tense 20 minutes of my life, but as always, people began to arrive shortly after opening. And that’s how our PR department was born.
Work Stories
Artifacturing is a company that I trust and believe in with all my company needs from branding, social media marketing and designs. They have gone over and beyond to drive customers to our business, even during COVID-19. They are always considering the requirements, policies and procedures when putting together events and media marketing. I highly recommend utilizing Artifacturing with your company branding, social media events and much more. Jenna Bailey has unlimited talent and connections in helping make our business successful.
